Rental Information
If you are interested in renting our Banquet Room or Ladies Lounge please review the following:
1. The Banquet Room upstairs has an occupancy of 300 / Downstairs Ladies Lounge is 60.
2. To lock in a date we will need a deposit of $350.00 upstairs / 100.00 Downstairs which is returnable once clean up is completed by you. The upstairs Banquet Room is rented for $750.00 a day / 150.00 a day for the downstairs Ladies Lounge. The Banquet Room upstairs includes 12-42 ” tables with 4 chairs each. There are also 128 folding metal chairs, 24- 6 Ft. folding tables, 8-8Ft. folding tables and 10-5 Ft. round tables. There is also a fully functional commercial kitchen. The downstairs Ladies Lounge has only a 10-40″ square tables with 4 chairs each and 2 restrooms. There is no availability for cooking except tables with crock pots.
3. Since the Elks Lodge is for member’s only, you must already be a member or have a current member sponsor your rental and be present for the entire event time. There are no price differences for members or non-members.
4. Most caterers know the facility well and if no caterer and you need a kitchen it is still in the rental agreement. We have table cloths for tables for additional costs and we must have 2 weeks notice to order in.
5. To ensure you get your deposit back, when you pay we sign a contract which explains all that is required for deposit return. Additionally, if you want to surrender your 350.00/$100.00 deposit we will break down and clean up for you.

6. Upon securing either room and putting your deposit down, the Elks require a 2 week notice of cancellation for deposit return, otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
